These trademarks may not be used elsewhere, including partly as/as part of other trademarks, domain names, email addresses, third party products or to create your own website/publication or in such a way as to cause confusion about SNHC India’s products and services or discredit SNHC India in any way without express written consent by SNHC India. Also, all images, audio clips, digital downloads and data software and compilations on the Website are the exclusive property of SNHC India and are protected by Indian and International trademark laws.

LICENSE & SITE ACCESS

Subject to the Terms and Conditions stated here, access granted to the Website and the facilities available through it is temporary, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable. The Website may be used only for display on your browser, to interact with other users, post reviews or comments and purchasing products through our online shopping portal. This Website is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, lease, transmit, display, create derivative works from, disassemble, reproduce, publish, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Website for the benefit of a third party or other business without the express permission of SNHC India. USER CONDUCT

You are to use this site for lawful purposes only and within the guidelines, regulations and policy framework stated in the Terms and Conditions by which you agree to abide. SNHC India reserves the right to refuse service, deny access, cancel orders or terminate accounts if the user violates the conditions of the terms and applicable law. You will not mislead the company by way of fake accounts or fraudulent personal data so as to conceal the origin of communication with SNHC India.

SNHC India will not be liable for loss or damage caused by harmful material that may infect your computer programs and equipment, data and any proprietary material due to your use of this Website or downloading any of the material posted on it or through ‘linked sites’.

The Website may contain links to other websites owned, controlled and operated by affiliated businesses, companies and other individuals (“Third-Party Sites”). We do not endorse any Third Party sites and have no responsibility for the accuracy, availability and privacy practices of the information provided on these sites. We do not control or own any of the data on these sites and are not responsible for examining or evaluating the same. Your use of the Third Party sites is at your own risk.

REGISTRATION & PASSWORD

SNHC India may require you to register yourself on the Website with a username and password in order to avail of some of the services SNHC India offers. All the personal and registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, current and true in all respects. If you have made any changes in your personal registration details, please inform SNHC India at info@snhcindia.org. The password you assign must be unique and kept secure. You are solely responsible for the security of your password. Failure to maintain password confidentiality and/or to restrict access to your computer and the resulting damage, loss or misuse through your account is entirely your responsibility. You are solely liable for any activity, transactions, communications and obligations, including but not limited to financial obligations that should arise from use of the account and password originally assigned to you, whether or not such access to the Website was actually authorised by you. You agree to immediately notify SNHC India in case of unauthorised use of your account identification/username and/or password or any breach or threatened breach of security to the site.

ONLINE PURCHASES/ TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product or as service on or subject to the following terms of sale. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch time may vary according to availability. In order to place an order for purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order you undertake that all the information provided by you is true, accurate, complete and that you are authorised to use the credit/debit card and that the funds are sufficient to cover the cost of the goods SNHC India will not share your information with Third Parties unless required for fraud verification or by law or court order.

Prices of Products and Services may fluctuate and all prices are subject to change at any time without prior notification. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other users. Once you have chosen an item and placed an order for it, you will receive and email containing the details of your order. This is not an acceptance of your order and only confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, your order will be accepted once the payment is made from your credit or debit card to our secure payment gateway (for online payments). If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, error in pricing or incorrect product information from the supplier, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for such an item, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit/debit card has been charged for a purchase and your order has been cancelled, SNHC India will issue a refund to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order in the event that the item you have ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria specified in the terms of sale. Prices (unless otherwise specified) are inclusive of applicable taxes for delivery in India. Special prices may be offered from time to time.

DELIVERY

A tentative delivery date will be given in the formal order confirmation email. Orders will be delivered to the users within 15 to 20 days from receipt of payment/ confirmation of order. Transit time for delivery will depend on the location. You may track your delivery once it has been dispatched using the corresponding tracking number. Minimal shipping charges will be applied in addition to the cost of your order. Shipping to international locations will be charged as applicable.

JURISDICTION

Jurisdiction in case of any dispute of any kind arising out of the use of this Website or in any manner related thereto shall be that of the proper court or other legal forum established by law and situated in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The use of this Website either on its own or through or in connection with any other website whether linked with this Website or not shall not constitute nor be construed as an agreement to refer to arbitration under any law, any dispute howsoever arising.
